We sell high quality pre-owned vehicles and offer peace of mind. At Carousel Online, all vehicles come with 2 keys, 50% life or better on brakes and tires, fresh oil change, new cabin filter, air filter, and new wiper blades. Our goal is to provide you a car you love with trouble-free ownership.

Is your vehicle not what you expected? No worries! You have 72 hours from delivery to return or exchange any vehicle you purchased, provided it’s in the same condition as you purchased it, and has been driven less than 720 miles. Please note that delivery handling charges are non-refundable.

If you choose to search our Carousel Online inventory, the rates and monthly payments you see for each vehicle are averages and not based on your credit score and down payment. These estimates are designed to provide you with an estimate of your monthly payment. Your actual monthly payments will vary based on your credit.

Getting pre-qualified will get you a more accurate estimate of your monthly payments, empowering you to see financing details on most vehicles, including:

  • Down payment
  • Rates
  • Terms
  • Local taxes and fees

Pre-qualified estimates are based on the limited information you provide us and are not an offer or commitment to provide credit or financing. You have direct access to a Kelly Blue Book® Instant Cash Offer (ICO), a trade-in valuation tool built into our website. Simply enter your vehicle details to obtain its value.

The Kelly Blue Book® ICO gives you a firm offer, presuming you’ve provided an accurate description of the vehicle. You can then apply the equity value as part of the payment for a new vehicle, or sel your vehicle even if you don't buy one of ours. The physical trade-in will take place at the point of delivery.

The Carousel Online delivery concierge will verify the trade-in vehicle matches the condition provided in the Kelly Blue Book® ICO process.

When you see a vehicle labeled “Sale Pending,” another client is currently placing an order on that vehicle. If that client does not complete the purchase, the vehicle will be available and released back into our inventory.

Most of our vehicles are still supported by the manufacturer warranty, but if that coverage isn’t sufficient, we provide 6-month, 6,000-mile comprehensive warranty coverage. Please note: Warranty coverage varies based on vehicle mileage.

We offer multiple ways to enhance your ownership experience. Connect with our Care Team to learn more.

In most cases, we can complete the registration process for you. We handle the necessary title and registration paperwork with you at the time of delivery, and then we complete the registration with the DMV. The vehicle will come with a temporary operating plate, and once the registration is completed, we will mail your permanent plates and registration. Some state restrictions, emissions, safety inspection requirements, or additional fees may apply.

There are several benefits to creating a Carousel Online account:

After you complete your purchase, simply select your preferred delivery date and time with our online scheduling tool. After submitting, one of our Delivery Specialists will contact you to confirm the earliest date and time available. 



If the vehicle you choose isn’t right for you and you would like to return it, we will pick it up for free and refund 50% of the original delivery cost with no questions asked.

Delivery is not included in the purchase of your vehicle — cost is based upon the distance of your delivery. Our delivery fee is simply used to offset our operating costs, not for profit. You also have the option to pick up your vehicle for no additional cost.
